We primarily ship via US Postal Service or UPS. Orders are shipped on Monday - Friday.
Rush orders are processed within 24 hours; all standard orders within 48 hours. All items are packaged and shipped with the appropriate packaging with the highest level of care.
Upon receipt and verification of your payment, your order is processed by our warehouse and shipped to you. Please allow 7-10 business days for receipt of in-stock orders, though many may arrive sooner. We will notify you of any out of stock items, and advise when the warehouse expects new stock.
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund (less shipping and
handling and a 20% restocking fee) within 10 days. All returns must be in original, undamaged condition. Please return items in the original packaging, stating reason for dissatisfaction and a copy of the invoice, to:
